Liked: Small room but suited the needs of a single person. Clean and tidy. Air conditioning and air freshener were available. Friendly staff and very helpful. Staff went extra mile to suit customer needs. Close to the town centre and shops.

Well located guesthouse.

Liked: Well located in Hunstanton and free on road parking. Owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Good breakfast cooked to order. Would highly recommend.

An excellent stay.

Liked: A lovely room, with a lot of storage space. Comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. A toaster on the table was very useful, we've never experienced that before.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
