Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t working, the room was so hot despite the air conditioning and the water in the shower was inconsistent meaning showering the kids was a nightmare!

Lovely family night away

Liked: Very friendly welcome and our room was clean with some water there for us. The pool was clean and staff in leisure center very friendly. The breakfast was lovely too.
Disliked: A couple of snags in one bathroom. Handle broken on door, no shower curtain, paint chipped on wall. No fridge in room which would have been good for milk for baby. We asked for a baby bowl and were brought a bowl of steamed vegetables. We asked the waiter for a baby bowl again and he brought a bowl of mashed potato and gravy and we were charged for the veg we didn't order on top of that.

Liked: The Welcome from Rachel at reception and she couldn't do enough for us especially for my two girls. They got easter eggs on arrival and the food and staff were amazing. The entertainment at night especially Sabrina Fallon her voice and interaction with the crowd especially kids. Would highly recommend. We will be back again soon
