Disliked: The restaurant was closed and this seemed to impact on all services for food and drink. Repeatedly had to ask for fresh tea and milk for the room and elsewhere in hotel it felt as if everything was too much trouble.Was also the first time we had ever been promoted for a gratuity on the total room bill.

A perfect one night stop...

Liked: Delightful room with a chateau ambience.Windows opened into the trees. A pleasant welcome from Clara , to park the car in the hotel yard, and assist with luggage. An elevator. The walk in shower.A divine breakfast, staff with beautiful manners, in the chateau dining room with windows to the garden.
Disliked: We enjoyed everything here at Le Clarance.

Liked: The hotel features a charming courtyard and an elegantly decorated reception area, setting a welcoming first impression. The reception staff and restaurant team were consistently kind and professional throughout our stay.
Disliked: Our room was located on the top floor, featuring a tall window that offered no view. For a 5-star hotel, this struck us as rather disappointing. The room’s space felt quite limited, with obtrusive pillars cutting through the seating area.
