Overnight stay before an early...

Liked: Friendly staff room was upgraded. Close to International airport , we walked there with our luggage.

Great location, staff and facilities.

Liked: The room was a good size with comfortable beds. We walked from the Wolli train station to the hotel and the next day caught the shuttle available through the hotel to the international airport.
Disliked: Nothing, the hotel was perfect for a good nights rest while travelling.

Not a good communication between...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Accidentally left something in the fridge and housekeeping/reception didn't let me know either sms or a call bck and I have to call them myself. Claim they didn't have it? I was million % it was there because it was a gift. Next reception in the afternoon claim he doesn't know, and no one told him about the matter
