Liked: Great stay excellent location! Lots of little touches that made our stay perfect.
Disliked: Rooms were a little tight but were manageable.

Perfect hotel with a nice...

Liked: Location, the aestethic of the hotel and the view from the room was amazing! They granted our request for a room with a better view:) the AC worked perfectly. Overall really great for the price in NYC.
Disliked: Room was really small for 2 big and 2 small suitcasesc but we managed somehow, still worth it, because everything else was perfect.

Good stay and we’d use...

Liked: Great location near Times Square . Very clean. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Room was small, however it had everything we needed

Liked: Wonderful service, excellent hotel in a perfect location! Everything was beyond our expectations – the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. Highly recommended to everyone!

And better to book in...

Liked: Fancy, stylish hotel, with a rooftop bar with an amazing view. The personnel is nice and friendly! The cleaning service is super nice.The location is superb, close to Central Park and other iconic places.
Disliked: The rooms are really small They could be perfect for a couple travelling light or for a one person.

Tight, but.

Liked: Good spot between Hells Kitch and Broadway. Great food choices, nearby. Like 100s. Rooms were nice for size (small). Modern and clean
Disliked: Rooftop lounge is closed for a couple nights each week--which is a big thing if youre into that and wanted a place with rooftop access. Pay attention. Very small rooms, even for NYC.

We absolutely loved our stay,...

Liked: Room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including lots of power points and USB ports next to the bed! clothes steamer and hairdryer. Our room was on the 10th floor near the lift, but we never heard any noises from other rooms/outside for our whole stay. Water dispensers on each floor which we didn’t realise until we asked. House keeping is at your discretion. Plus a view to die for!
Disliked: The lobby and lift area can become quite cramped at times, especially at the weekends when the bars are busier. Hotel guests were all helpful assisting each other with luggage and holding lift door etc, but we found people visiting the bar could be a little rude/stuck up. Feel like the staff could help a little more to assist the situation.
