Great Location and ask for...

Liked: We had booked breakfast, but this was unfortunately not available. However, I had upgraded this room when initially booking and we were pleasantly surprised that it was a larger room with Kingsize bed and much larger ensuite - Wish we had had this room for the 3 nights we had previously stayed earlier in the month, it was great. Same staff and they were as friendly, polite and helpful as our first stay.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike - it was great.

If the room was larger...

Liked: The staff were very polite and helpful. However, the standard double room was extremely small, one person had to sit on the bed whilst the other had a single chair to sit on. This was also the case in maneuvering about the small room, as the bed took up most of the space, nowhere to open luggage. The ensuite also was quite small - not built for the slightly larger guest.
Disliked: The staff were great, and the location was fabulous - close to shops, cafes, and train station to London - Picadilly to Cockfoster line was 5 minute walk.

Sufficient for our needs, polite...

Liked: The staff were pleasant and welcoming, they allowed my brother who visited for the day to also park there for free which I appreciated.
Disliked: There is a slight smell in the hallway though the rooms were clean and comfortable. Could really do with a bedside lamp though, as just one very bright light for the room.
