Liked: Clean, good employees, very helpful. The room was good too.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the room only had a blackout curtain, which blocked the light very well, but I missed having a sheer curtain that would let natural light in while still maintaining privacy.

Value for Money

Liked: Great location, value for what was paid is perfect. Super friendly staff. Just a couple blocks from la rambla and Plaça Catalunya. The room was very clean and had everything you are expecting.

Disliked: Shower curtain was only dislike as I don't generally like them & the water ran onto floor & soaked toilet roll ( which I moved after realising)

Amazing location, quality not worth...

Liked: The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast had quite a few options to choose from. The hotel is in a convenient place and we didn't need to take much transport as most places were within walking distance.
Disliked: The tourist tax wasn't included in the price, and we had to pay more than what we expected when we showed up. The toilet broke on our second day. The receptionist said that he would have given us a different room, but unfortunately, they were fully booked. It came as a surprise because every time we had breakfast or hung around, there were barely any people coming through. The ceiling in the restroom was broken, and the metal bin was obviously kicked and bent by potentially previous guests. The walls were scratched.
