Citystay Hotel

Rough area. Son was nearly robbed on the way into the hotel. Room was up 5 flights of stairs and many walkways. Room was dirty. Bedside table had no drawers. Wardrobe was full of junk. Bathroom was not clean. Wouldn't have a shower in that. We're initially booked for a three night stay but left after one night.

Liked: Location and price.
Disliked: Everything else.

I am very happy I decided to stay at Hotel Citystay.

Liked: The location is within walking distance for the ABBA Arena.
Disliked: Nothing.

Short stay

Liked: Close to station
Disliked: Basic room, toilet was not clean and no kettle

Ideal accommodation for attending London...

Liked: Location was ideal for my needs property was pretty run down but my room was spotless and very comfortable and the shared bathroom although it had seen better days was very clean
Disliked: No issues of any concern

Liked: The location of the property and ease of access was good. Staff were very helpful and kind. Will come back
Disliked: There was mold in the shower and the shower head was not fitted correctly a stream of water was splashing on the ceiling. Bathroom would need cleaning and a paint job and the shower head fitted correctly. Otherwise lovely stay

Liked: The hot water was good, the bed was comfortable.Bedsheets and Duvet were clean Toiletries and towels were okay There was a good fan that worked well
Disliked: The cleanliness not exactly what I expected.Old looking bedsOutdated shower without the phone Bathroom floor slippery when bathing A slip mat could suffice or coarse tiles replaced with smooth tiles on bathroom floor to avert slippage.

Not hygnic at all. Mold...

Liked: The beds were okay.
Disliked: The mold in the bathroom, was a health violation. Also the amount of spiders. Hygiene is not your best quality. I also found a screw in my bed. Just underneath the bedsheets. It also smelled either like chloride and bleach or like mold.
