Liked: Small, compact but with all the essentials. Quality bed and shower. Top choice for location and cost. Couldn't be any closer to borough underground.
Disliked: Accessing the shower was far too tight but great once in.

Great spot, great location, has...

Liked: The staff were fab and made check in and luggage storage a breeze (although the storage space is small so more than 2 big suitcases would be an issue). Room was fit for purpose no frills but comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was spot on.
Disliked: Its not a didnt like just an observation that our shower room/bath room was a bit mouldy. Not from not being cleaned but water damage over some time.Would definitely stay again!!

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Small rooms.

Not ready for the public...

Disliked: Be careful with this hotel - it uses an automated / staffless system for opening doors via codes and your phone. I was able to walk straight into a room that somebody else was in as they had 'accidentally' over-booked it. The man I walked in on was quite startled. I would not assess that this hotel is safe to stay at if this is the case and there are also no staff on hand to assist - I left and booked another hotel as I did not feel safe to stay there or leave my belongings. This technology might work well one day but at the moment it is a dangerous way to run a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here unless you don't need to leave any valuables in the room and enjoy meeting random strangers (who may walk into your room without warning.)

Disliked: It was really warm and didn’t have any facilities but it, just there was a small fan but didn’t work properly

Place’s comfortable, team’s professional.

Liked: Service is very good they answer immediately and solve any issues you may encounter. The manager is a fantastic man. Easily approchable and very welcoming he helped a lot during my stay.
Disliked: Nothing really I just went during the heatwave so was a a bit warm.
