Liked: There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Couldn’t check in before 16:05 because room wasn’t clean. The stairs insides the room were very very steep & dangerous, I almost slipped more than once. The room was very hot with a small fan that didn’t do anything on a warm day.

Good

Liked: Close to station, easy to access.
Disliked: I had to fill an online form giving away details like my address, bit much for a stay.

Needs refurbishment and some air...

Liked: The check in process was straightforward. Good location although not near a station.
Disliked: I had knowingly booked a mezzanine room but was not aware of the extremely steep stairs and dormer bedroom with sloped ceilings making it hard to even get into bed. The room was incredibly hot even with 3 portable fans set up. The noise from the road outside was constant. Being pregnant this room was really unsuitable and not worth the money at all. The room was not cleaned during stay with no sign to hang on the door to request a clean and there was no coffee or tea left, only sugar.

Liked: Location was ok , once we were familiar with our route it was relatively easy to walk back and forth.Thanks for the kettle, tea and coffee. Beds were okay.
Disliked: It was a cramped space for two people.The bathroom was exceptionally small and their was damage in some areas. There was also no drinking water available.

Exceptional

Liked: There was lots of communication before the stay which was really easy to follow. Great directions to the accommodation. Room was just what we needed with twin very comfy beds.. Items that were missing were delivered to use very quickly. Shower facilities were really lovely and such a nice touch having the showergel, shampoo provided. Towels lovely and soft. I would definitely use this again & recommend it to others.

Liked: aesthetically pleasing room, good location, comfortable bed
Disliked: windows didnt open, shower wasnt cleaned properly had hair in it, tv would cut out

Liked: Location near to public transport and grocery shop. Soundproof room with closed window.
Disliked: Steep stair to go to bedroom, low roof above bed, quite warm but with ventilator
