Liked: I booked late via bookings.com as I was in Tauranga for a family beavement.I was contacted by Simon from the hotel requesting g my approx arrival time and to arrange for a key to be left. I advised him I would be there approx 8 pm. I was running late but he waited for me. Next morning checkout was seamless
Disliked: The room was small, but I was only there over night and it met my needs

Liked: Clean, quiet and everything you need. Well located to walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Nice decor and great lighting, especially the bedhead

Liked: fairly central and had parking in private back yard, nothing else to like
Disliked: No instant coffee, only silly machine and I don't like mucking around with machines, I only want instant in a mug as simple quick coffee. tried the machine but didn't like it, they only had silly little cups, but we want large mugs. didn't like attitude of only person seen, that he didn't have the intelligence to understand not everyone wants machine coffee, he had an arrogant attitude. no sky tv channels so poor tv availability, only freeview rubbish and apps, but many of us don't know about or use silly apps to watch tv, we want simple plain sky. very hard to access room from car as have to go a long way around rather than straight into the room that had no handle on outside door. very hard to work out where office was when arrived as no signage. was not able to checkout property to use my correct credit card to pay, no sign of life at reception and no bell to ring. no microwave to reheat meals we had to buy dinner and breakfast elsewhere. this place wrongly says its a hotel, but no restaurant so only a motel, but a very poor one at that and very much overpriced so very poor value for money. we don't like room being made up when only two nights, left sign on door to not enter, but they still did, but didn't top up milk and supplies. overall we will never go back and will not recommend and we believe it needs a better manager to operate or should be closed down if don't improve to be more like most proper motels, I have stayed in hundreds around the country and the world and this is one of the worst, it is not a hotel.

Liked: One of the best hotel. Very clean, great locatiom, bed is very comfortable. They even have an espresso machine in the room. Everyone is nice and helpful.
Disliked: Did not have great view.
