Great

Liked: Right at the edge of Edinburgh high street, 10 mins walk to old town which is perfect. Airport bus stops right outside of the hotel.
Disliked: Room is on the smaller side but perfectly fine for me, you have everything you need.

Liked: Great location, very welcoming staff.I booked this at the time Billy joel was playing at Murrayfield. All other hotels were ridiculous prices but these did not inflate their prices. Well done

No frills basic comfortable hotel...

Liked: Location! Walking distance to Haymarket train station, tram and bus stops. Not far from castle, Royal Mile and central areas. Some shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep.
Disliked: From outside the property looked like a hostel. Apart from a few hangers and a little hanging space in the room there was nowhere to store or place anything, no hooks or drawers or shelves which is fine for 1 night but not for several. However the bed was comfortable and everything clean.
