Good hotel in a great...

Liked: Location: excellent - right in the middle of Lambton Quay.Room: modern, clean, comfortable. Staff: helpful and efficient. Parking: convenient and a bonus for downtown Wellington (but not free - you do have to pay)We arrived very late due to a ferry delay and, thanks to the staff, everything ran smoothly, thanks to the room, we enjoyed a good nights sleep and a relaxing morning coffee.

Great location, friendly staff.

Liked: The staff were very nice. We arrived early and it was a very wet day, requested for an early check in. The front desk staff was kind enough to let us check in at 12:30 pm.
Disliked: The bedrooms were quite cold even though we left the heater on in the lounge area with doors opened. There were five of us including two children. We ran out of hot water after 3 people showered. Strange.

Liked: Just about everything.
Disliked: We were on the seventh floor and the lift only goes to the sixth, that was a bit of a pain when you were carrying all your luggage etc. The bed we slept in was too soft and had wicked roll together. The wifi was intermittent and tricky to connect to.

Great spot for travelling as...

Liked: Location was great, close to woolworths and shopping and a short walk to the waterfront, value for money when travelling as a group. 2 bedroom was value for money
Disliked: Breakfast Buffett would be great!
