Liked: Location, 3-bedroom apartment ideal for our family, spacious and comfrotable, clean, friendly and professional staff. It was great!
Disliked: The dryer wasn't working well. It wasn't heating nor drying the clothes.

Disliked: The fact that it is the same building Grace Millane was murdered in - really spooky

Liked: The staff were so helpful... I had valet parking and they delivered things that I'd left in the car to my room.

Totally recommend the larger apartments...

Liked: We took a school sports team there to be closer to a tournament and the make up of the two & three bedroom units side by side with multiple bathrooms were fantastic for a group. Great to have laundry and kitchen facilities too. The team loved the pool and a wander to a restaurant near Britomart, too.
Disliked: The property is great, just know where the entrance is for vehicles off Durham Street West. Walking around the central city there are some homeless/intoxicated people that could be a bit intimidating.
