Liked: All the staff at the front desk and the housekeeping was so nice al welcoming. The location is great aand the room was very comfortable

Excellent central location

Liked: Excellent location, right in the centre and walking distance to the waterfront. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Not something we didn't like, but for info for others: note that the main entrance is tucked up a side street and there were a lot of roadworks in the area at the time, we ended up coming in through a door on Queen Street and going through the back way (this isn't a bad thing, just for info).

I found broken glass on...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Paid parking services were available.
Disliked: Housing keeping needs to be improved. I found broken glass on the floor in the room as shown in the photo.
