Liked: Great central location in the CBD easy walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops & supermarket. The property is well maintained & apartments are spacious & very comfortable.

Liked: Service and the cleanliness of the rooms. Room size was generous, perfect for our family with an active toddler. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to access a lot of the Auckland Central activities we had planned to do.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like. Had the best stay.

Comfortable and a bit luxurious...

Liked: Beautifully appointed hotel in the heart of the city, close to good shopping, cafes and the waterfront
Disliked: We drove from the airport. Not the property's fault, but the traffic was a nightmare because of roadworks everywhere. The entrance to the hotel itself was hard to find and a bit obscure, off a side-street. Some more specific instructions would have been helpful.

Liked: Good sized room. Very comfy bed. Lovely bathroom! Pool was heated which was nice. Reception staff very helpful. Location of hotel was ideal, right on the main shopping street with lots of food options nearby
