A mind broadening and enlightening...

Liked: If this were the size of the room, you might feel impoverished, but the design makes so much sense. It makes the price reasonable, but you have all you need and more. 5 great showers, 4 wash basins. 3 loos, sweet orange and cedar wood scented handwash, shampoo / conditioner, hand / body lotion. Fun, personable staff on hand, both in person and online. 3 electric points to recharge mobile, etc. Hanging hooks and rails. Chilled, ambient, soothing music. Drinking water infused with mint and cucumber down in reception.
Disliked: All the tropical plants need a good feed, water, taking away the dead leaf matter, polishing the leaves, general tending to.

Liked: i like the concept a lot and it turned out to be fun for the 2 nights we spent there, it definately made the trip more exciting. i also loved that the bathrooms were always cleaned ( also the playlist they play in the bathrooms is great ). the location is also very central to rotterdam, we were surprised that literally every place worth visiting ( including the train station lol ) was within walking distance. overall, it was nice for a short trip.
Disliked: the room wasn't very confortable due to how cramped it is and there is almost no air ventilation, but i believe you can ask for a fan at reception (we didn't ask because we spent little time in the room, if we were to spend more than 3 nights there we would've definately asked for a fan since it did get a little suffocating at times)
