Liked: Facilities were incredible - everything so well set up for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again and recommend highly to friends.
Disliked: Lack of air conditioning in pods was a slight downside but we were able to adapt.

Liked: Perfect for a short stay or if you’re planning to be out most of the time. Bathrooms are really nice which makes sharing easier. Hiring bikes was easy and fun with the help of the City Host on duty (a real person, not AI as I first thought when I read about it). It’s a great concept done well.

Disliked: housekeeping staff was noisy cleaning room early morning, i respect their work but need to be aware that some people still wants to sleep especially at early hours of sunday

First time in a hub...

Liked: Easy bike rental. Super clean and fun room (hub). Well ventilated and perfect temperature (20 C) 24/7. Quiet and respectful hub area - no noise at night. Well maintained and comfy bathroom facilities. 100% responsive and friendly staff. Welcoming lobby.
Disliked: It exceeded our expectations in almost every way. Can’t wait to stay again.

Liked: Very clean. Good cosmetics. The common areas are very large. The only downside is that the capsules themselves are small, but that's the concept. Overall, this is the cheapest option for accommodation in Copenhagen not far from the centre.
