Liked: Shower was nice
Disliked: Windows were covered so you couldn't see outside at all, no fan in the bathroom which was literally located between the two beds so you can hear everything!!!! Staff doing drug deals outside of entrance!!! And our room key opened every room!!!! Very unsafe feeling

Liked: CityFlatsHotel is very clean ,has very friendly staff, and is well located in Port Huron to any bars and shops right along the river.
Disliked: You can hear some noise from the street. Not bad but it’s there. I’m a very light sleeper so take that into account.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: TV did not work. Was told by front desk that the cable service may have been cancelled. Payed a lot of money for a room without a working TV.When checking in the front desk staff only supplied us with security card for the elevator. Had to return for the key that unlocked the room door Didn't seem like adequate parking for the size of the facility.

Disliked: Very very loud in our room. 3rd floor room and we could hear people talking down on the sidewalk .Air conditioner vibrated .

Great hotel, would stay again.

Liked: Trendy / contemporary makeover of an old bank (I think?). Quiet sleep, except when other guests are talking in the hallway. Everything was excellent about the room except one item.
Disliked: The toilet in room 305 was situated in an awkward position so you had to sit on it diagonally. I can't believe they didn't catch that during renovations, LOL.
