CityFlatsHotel - Grand Rapids Ascend Hotel Collection

Much to my dismay the room was dusty and dirty; the floors weren't mopped or swept, with hair all over the bathroom floor; the towels were old and thin, and frayed; the tissue box was empty and not sure the sheets on the bed were even changed prior to our visit; even the two apples were old.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The housekeeping.

Liked: The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Liked: Very cute room! Worked out great for our stay! We would come back for sure!
Disliked: Not enough towels, no mini fridge! If we had stayed longer I would have requested that! But honestly was a great place!

Liked: Parking is not included but easy to handle by app only cost between 8 am and 7 pm 4 bucks for 2 hours

Disliked: No wife.l No working lights ? No poweer outage....Checked out a day early.
