Perfect location in a city...

Liked: Great location in city center, comfortable bed, very close to the train station.

Three night stay

Liked: Very conveniently located with the main train station about 6 minutes walk. Room was compact but had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Very quiet and relaxing and we did not hear any noise either within the hotel or from outside. We did not eat here but plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy check in, lady in reception was very nice . Check out was good also . Great place for exploring Cologne.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like.

Nice hotel with great location.

Liked: Nice hotel with great location. Good restaurants close to the hotel and only a few minutes walk to the dome and shopping streets. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work, so got very hot during the night, but the staff was helpful and handled the situation well.

Exceptional

Liked: Fantastic location, really helpful staff.

Superb

Liked: Just south of Cologne Cathedral. Very close to rail station and all the restaurants and beer halls. I could not have been more central to everywhere I wanted to go, so it's a great location. The rooms are clean and soundproofed really well. Breakfast is very good.
Disliked: Nothing really comes to mind

Liked: This hotel was in the ideal location in Cologne. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms we were assigned were fantastic. The staff was nice and the surrounding restaurants were delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Location great, okay hotel

Liked: Location is great, okay sized room for two. Parking with special prices via the hotel (Haumarkt) that was close to the hotel
Disliked: Said that the facility had air-conditioning, our first room had one that they had not maintenance served and they seemed to know about it from the start. Requested a new room and that air condition worked better but we had no nice view anymore. Breakfast was okay but not a lot to choose from at all. We also had in the first room spots on the pillow case and a silverfish IN the bed but these where dealt with.
