Will be back next time...

Liked: Great room and very good bathroom incl double sinks large bath and separate shower with multiple opening windows.Location directly opening onto large square with many choices of bars and restaurants. Walk to railway station, river and cathedral. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Having to leave

City break.

Liked: Fab location, clean room. Helpful staff. Quiet room overlooking the main square. Good choice for breakfast, would recommend to friends and family. 5 minutes walk from train station which connects to airport. Plenty of bars and eateries . Would recommend going to moulin rouge show , overall a great city for sightseeing .
Disliked: No tea or coffee making facilities.

Liked: The location is excellent right on the square. 5 mins from the station. The river and the shops. Was clean. Beds comfy

Great hotel and would stay...

Liked: Location was excellent! Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only complaint is the pillows are not good and are completely flat and not comfortable. They need to provide better ones.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is well located in the centre of Cologne, with numerous restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets. The staff were pleasant and helpful and there was a good range of food at breakfast, all of which was tasty.
Disliked: The room was a little hot as we couldn't seem to turn the thermostat down - but maybe that was just us
