Exceptional

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Very kind staff, very nice and helpful. The location is great, is it on city centre, surrounding is colourful with a lot of restaurants, pubs, street food and small stores. The river is close and the Dom is just on 10 minutes on foot.

Family room was great, four...

Liked: The room was big and spacious. We had everything we needed. Location was 10/10 and close to the Cathedral. The elevtaor didn’t work on our check in day but the receptionist helped us carry our stuff to our room.
Disliked: Some of the staff were snob and won’t greet us.

Liked: It was close to the center. The room was comfortable and modern.
Disliked: I think that they could clean the floor of the room more often as there is no carpet it should be easy to clean. I had no slippers so sometimes I could feel the dirt and dust under my feet. Check-out time could be 12 instead of 11.

Liked: Lovely hotel in the old town very near the historic squares and the Rhine. Also handy for Cologne cathedral and the train station. Free fruit at reception and a sauna!!!!
Disliked: Nothing, it was great
