Not bad, but certainly needs...

Liked: The location is very close to Ilford hill station. which makes commuting very easy. It has a Mall nearby. Restaurants, supermarkets & convenient stores are close by. which adds ease to your stay.
Disliked: I had a problem with hot shower, and i had to call reception multiple times to have it fixed. It should not happen in real world

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, plenty of free parking, very warm comfortable rooms
Disliked: Like warm shower with poor shower or broken shower head but good enough to shower
