I've stayed here a few...

Liked: check-in, location, cleanliness were all fine
Disliked: uncomfortable (springy) bed, loud neighbours, broken/noisy air con, no hot water for morning shower

I’m tired

Liked: We were put in a room at the back of property, apparently above the laundry, which was operating full steam until midnight. It was freakishly loud, complete with even a strange digital voice announcement at regular intervals. We were there as a family before a performance, and unfortunately the entire family got a rubbish nights sleep. Will never consider staying here again, and willCertainly not recommend to any friends coming up here.
Disliked: Waaaaaay to noisy. The only good thing was the location.

Liked: Secure off street parking. Clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry available. Pleasant staff. 20 minute walk into CBD

Budget all the way.

Disliked: Shower to suit someone 1 metre tall. No milk for a coffee. No interest from the guy behind the counter.

Liked: Location was perfect and value for money
Disliked: It was a very cold night and we were cold in bed. I know there was an air-conditioner but it is noisy. Not a deal breaker, but wouldve been good to have another blanket
