Exceptional

Good value for Hobart overnight...

Liked: Certainly had good views of Hobart and the Derwent. Adequate motel room with everything we needed, but not modern. Staff helpful when bathroom plug stuck.
Disliked: Air con and fridge both noisy, had to turn them off to sleep. Rather tricky entrance abruptly off a motorway - make sure you choose the correct lane!

convenient, clean & quit

Liked: Location was great for work, a short 10-15 minutes walk into Rosny Park. Room was clean and walm for a winters visit to Hobart. Despite dual carriage way highway a short distance from the site the room was very quit. Excellent value for my requirements.
Disliked: Would prefer onsite breakfast facilities but this is not available.
