Extremely dissatisfied

Liked: Staff were friendly enough
Disliked: The room didn't have any of the things mentioned like a kettle the fridge didn't work, the bathroom was just unpleasant, really didn't want to use the sink or shower, the fan was so full of dust an grime that it wasn't something you'd want blowing around.The bed was so solid, one of the wall lights was constantly flickering.We counted 20 police cars with lights an sirens going in an hour an a half 2 fire engines.Didn't exactly make us feel safe.I understand that it's a great price for london but the place really needs an update an a professional cleaner in it regularly.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Not a pleasant experience.

Liked: The room was stinking due to a carpet which was drying. I paid for Bed and breakfast but i was told that they do not provide meals. That they stopped preparing meals during covid time. Why then does the facility charge and accept payments for breakfast?
Disliked: They booked me into a room which was very smelly with a carpet which had been cleaned but was not let to dry before i was assigned the room. I was charged for breakfast which was not provided.

Last resort.

Liked: The cost for London was reasonable and close to the underground station located right out the front door.
Disliked: Hair was on comforter and supposed clean sheets upon arrival. Posting sadi laundry available. Staff informed that it is not true and sent to Laundromat 15 minutes walk away. Day shift staff sternly and aggressively questioned if we had a room and key when we returned from day activities and started up the stairs. No elevator. Graffiti all over the surrounding neighborhood.

Liked: Staff seemed nice, good value for money.
Disliked: Area is really rough, very noisy outside! Wifi connection was dodgy (needed it for work reasons), there was a weird low static humming in the room and it generally felt a bit damp.

Never again.

Liked: Literally nothing but the location
Disliked: There was a bed bug on my bed. It was horrendous. It was 1am and I tried to find another hotel but had no choice but to take another room in the same hotel because no where else was checking in at that time. I nearly got mugged on the street looking for somewhere else to go.
