The room was dirty; the shower head wouldn't attach to the shower; there was no hot water and no plug in the sink; there was dust everywhere and smelt musty. Someone from the company needs to make a surprise visit to the hotel, they would be horrified.

Liked: I liked the location, good location for what I first thought was a good price but considering the facilities and that I did not use the bathroom for the whole 2 days because of how dirty it was the value was not good at all.
Disliked: It was my worst experience I have had in London. the minute I arrived and wanted to use the bathroom - the bathroom is shared and on the corridor and was pretty dirty and smelly so I could not sue it - there was no toilet paper in it as well and it was on the first floor so I had to go downstairs and ask for the loo paper. then I lied on th ebed, and 5 minutes later I had bites like in 7 places, I do not know if it were bedbugs or fleas as I did not manage to Cath the nascent but the bites were pretty nasty and I could feel the itchy even 4 days after I checked out. The cleanses were average although the beds were clean.The whole hotel smells like someone left curry meals all over the hotel months ago and let it rot. not a nice smell at all in the rooms but mainly in the corridors and the smell hits you once you enter the building. There was a towel in the bathroom on the floor that. was there for the whole of my 2 days stay, it was dirty and noone bothered to pick it up but they bright a toilet paper on the 2nd day after I reported it. The receptionist was asleep at 11am on the sofa in the lounge / reception area and I suppose that sofa was meant for the guess to sit on.
