AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Disliked: Place was filthy and stunk of mould. Gap under door, walls falling apart, air con was a fan! Dodgy bloke living in front bedroom on mattress on the floor, staff kept us up all night outside the window then were asleep in the lobby in the morning. No parking due to market which wasn't explained. I dont know how a place like this is allowed to stay open.

Super affordable stay with friendly...

Liked: Great facilities including sky TV and a fan in the room. I’ve seen some other reviews saying there wasn’t a toilet in their room but we had a en-suite wet room in our room. The bed was really comfy and the guy at the desk was very welcoming, polite and friendly! I don’t know why people are giving this hotel such a bad reputation because we had a great stay. We only paid £80 for 1 night in the heart of London, situated a 10 minute walk from Victoria park and Mile End tube station - bargain. I think some people may have over-exaggerated about the previous 1 star reviews, we were reluctant about going after seeing the reviews but after trying it for ourselves, we would return there.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about.

Good location, bad everything else!

Liked: The location was great for a concert at Victoria Park.
Disliked: The rooms and en-suite were very small, you had to stand over the toilet to shower. The entire place needs a refurb. It was not overly clean. There were large groups of asian men (something to do with the hotel staff) hanging around in the lobby and garden which made us feel very uncomfortable and a little nervous about staying there.
