Clean, comfy and friendly, helpful...

Liked: All the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable and only a 20 minute walk from the London Stadium where we were visiting.
Disliked: Nothing everything was perfect

Disliked: Check out staff was rude and knocked on door at 11:30 even though the check out is 11:30 to 12, the room was not the same as picture, damaged plug, bath room was basically a shower cubicle with a toilet in it and to finish it off the bed was not the comfortable.

Room was OK for the...

Liked: Stayed in room 110. Good size room for London, had a kitchenette area and shower room / toilet. Good water pressure for the shower, reasonable sized towels Kitchen area had microwave, kettle, fridge. Compared to some other rooms I have stayed in whilst in London the room I was in was OK.
Disliked: A communal toilet was located outside room door so it did get a bit noisy with people walking to use the facilities. Whilst the room was surface clean it could do with a good deep clean in areas - coffee splatter up the wall etc.Bathroom was quite run down and in need of a refurb Quite a lot of cleaning products piled up outside window but didn't deture front he used it the room Room was quite warm but they did have a large fanThe sleeping receptionist on the sofa when I left just after 7am the next morning did scare the actuals out of me15/20 mins walk from Mile End station and the area was a bit questionable

Disliked: Damp, Smelly, Key left on reception. receptionist sleeping in reception area at night. Bathroom had a 60 cm step to get into it

Ftiendly staff but no kitchen...

Liked: The staff were very fiendly and helpful and they let me use the microwave in their kitchen
Disliked: When I arrived I was given a basement room with a window that opens onto an enclosed space with no fresh air, and the bathroom was about 18 inches higher than the bedroom, a big step up and down.I moved to an upstarirs room that was much better for £60 a night instead of £53.
