Superb

Liked: Very good price and great location. Room was quite sizeable.

Budget rooms in central location

Liked: Location was ideal, price was fair, room was spacious, bed linens and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Cleaning was sub-standard. Tile grout in the shower was stained brown. There was lots of dirt behind the toilet bowl, wash basin and along the bottom of the bathroom walls. The air conditioner was also covered in dust and the filter had probably never been cleaned because it wouldn't produce any significant air flow. The cleaning that had been done was just superficial. The tap in the bathroom sink was very loose and needed repairing.

Never going back.

Disliked: 1. Room door seems like it has been broken-in many times.2. Stink in the room.3. Dirty shower area and not enough flat surface to safely stand on during shower. 4. Very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel.

Disliked: the room was definitely not what we expected as it was very different to what was advertised, the floor wasn’t too clean at all as if no one had swept it and as if it had just been collecting dust, the kitchen/kitchen supply’s were connected to the bathroom; not very hygienic what so ever and couldn’t even have a shower as the bathtub was chipped and a bit rusted. the curtains has a black substance on them. the heater didn’t well at all and to top it off we couldn’t even watch tv bc the batteries in the remote was flat

Disliked: We asked for an upstairs room away from noise of constructing works nearby. Earplugs made it quite satisfactory for sleeping.

Stayed 3 times so far,...

Liked: We have stayed here 3 times so far, am currently planning another trip next month as well as another 2 in the coming months and all will be with City Square. Staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are more than enough for us a family of 6, they have always tried their best to have our rooms close together which for us has been huge. Beds are super comfy, location is insane how amazing it is! Would not stay anywhere else if I could help it.
Disliked: Honestly can't fault them at all.
