Cheap accommodation in Melbourne CBD

Liked: It was a walking distance from the place I wanted to go. The tram stop is right outside. They allowed me to drop off my luggage until check-in time.
Disliked: It was noisy outside. The place was mostly clean but the carpet looked very old.

Disliked: The floor is very dirty, the bathroom is barely cleaned and leaks water.We didn't take shower for the 2 night stay.

Liked: The location was good and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: The room was "poorly" presented. There were empty beer cans in one draw and a half carton of beer in the next draw.The fittings in the room were very worn and the cupboard with the toaster and jug would not open.The bathroom was huge but had black mold on the back of the door.
