No AC in rooms

Liked: Location
Disliked: There was no AC in the rooms, which was less than ideal in 34-degree heat. Although there was a fan, it made no difference. Lots of school trips, so breakfast was very busy and full of teenagers!

Liked: Cleanliness and staff beds comfy
Disliked: Rooms were so hot, we got a second fan that helped, it was 40 degrees outside but if they had aircon it would have been perfect, also eeccomend you add a small fridge in rooms

Do not book this hotel...

Liked: Great supportive staff, WiFi, comfy bed, very clean
Disliked: No air conditioning, windows can not wide open to get fresh air, there has to be a solution

A Really Good Hotel To...

Liked: Such friendly, cheerful and helpful staff on check-in/out. Room and bathroom squeaky clean and looked to have been refurbished. The faulty Oscillating fan in the room was replaced within minutes of reporting it. Really good breakfast in spacious breakfast room. Able to store bags on check-in/out before leaving for home. A short walk to Euston station and underground. Bus stops minutes away, but easily able to walk to central area.
Disliked: Outside noise at night, possible more so as it was a weekend. But I would certainly use this hotel again.
