Disliked: Carpet floor was bit stinky

Liked: Location, clean, friendly, great outdoor area.
Disliked: Had to walk to the other hotel and wait in a Q to ask for more milk for our coffees.

Liked: It was my husband's birthday and they made the towels on the bed in a lovely shape with flower petals and left a bottle of red wine

Liked: Good location, comfortable beds, good size rooms
Disliked: Nothing really, my daughter thought the breakfast selection could have been a bit better

Liked: The location between some of the London railway stations and the British Museum is perfect. The room size was good
Disliked: No air con. Yes, there is no air con. I don’t mean that it was no functioning. There wasn’t any. And the rooms were really clean but the breakfast romm urgh….
