Liked: Great location, clean room.
Disliked: All the staff are most friendly except one female staff working on Tuesday June 24 afternoon. She was mean, scolded and when I called to report the fan didn’t work in my room (it’s 30 degree), she said “are you sure you plugged in? Did you switch it on? We can’t guarantee a new one we have 1000 customers here”. When I carried it down, the other staff immediately gave me a new one. This is disrespectful .

Disliked: The room needs air conditioning for hot summer days

overpriced, understaffed and poorly equipped

Liked: Badly understaffed with a 25-30 minute queue to check in on arrival, and up to 25 people waiting to be seen. One person on the desk while other porters and security guards looked on and did nothing to help anyone. No fridge or air conditioning and windows that barely opened on a 30C degree summer day. Overall poor value for money — avoid.

Liked: The hotel room was very clean and had a nice size to it. The walls were a bit thin but we didn’t have any issues at all during our stay.
Disliked: The rooms have no airco so they do get warm during hot days.

Liked: Hotel is located very close to many attractions. Room was very clean and spacious. Nothing to count as a con. Staff members were very friendly at the reception.
