Solid hotel, everything was pretty...

Liked: Solid hotel, everything was of good quality. Price for dog was +15 EUR
Disliked: A bottle of water would be nice, but it's a detail

Convenience and comfort

Liked: Location is perfect for commuting to Berlin. Also close to town.
Disliked: Staff is pretty unenthusiastic. Also our booking was changed at the last minute and the person at the reception (older gentleman) was very rude when we complained about it.
