Disliked: If you want unsafe and unsanitary accommodation, stay here and get riddled with bed bugs.Poor customer service, unable to get hold of anyone, do not respond to emails, do not call back when saying they will, constantly chasing them for resolutions and getting none. When first arriving at City quarters on Brewer, we had not received the codes to get into the room and had to ring and email multiple times before anyone got back to us. When arriving back at the accommodation the door and lock to the room was broken, the door could just be pushed open from either side, meaning it was not safe to stay or store our luggage in, the accommodation could not provide another room, they stated the door was not broke until we sent the photo and video evidence it was, they said they would get someone out to it that day to fix it, which they did not, nor did they update us that this had not been done, as it was late at night we had to book alternative accommodation for the night and was told it would be fixed the next day, again the next day no updates we rang multiple times and was told at 4pm they had to order parts and it would not be until the next day so again had to find alternative accommodation for the night. Day 3, we rang multiple times with no response. 3pm we got through and was told they were on their way to fix the door.We arrived at the accommodation at half 4, when the joiner was putting the door on which was lucky as the code was different and no one ever messaged or rang to say he'd been and that the code was different.The room had mould, and we could see all the other doors in the accommodation were broken. We stayed that night and woke up the next day and noticed the bed was riddled with bed bugs that we could physically see all over the bed. When contacting the accommodation, they were no help at all, they will not refund the money for the night we were unable to stay or the alternative account we had to pay for.

Disliked: SCAMMERS BEWARE! we made the booking without checking the reviews, after finding out the place was riddled with bed bugs we decided to cancel our reservation, mind you this was 10 minutes after making the booking. upon our cancelation request we were attempted hustled into not canceling, but with persistence and about 15 minutes of back and forth on the phone we were finally granted cancelation refund. little did we know this was a lie and a quick fix to get us off the phone, they have not yet returned our calls, answered the phone or replied to the emails we have sent since. be careful of these scammers. read review before you pay. once you have paid you will never get your money back.

Disliked: ⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️BED BUGS ⁉️⁉️⁉️ ended up with sores all over my body/face needing medical treatment ,only 2 towels for 3 nights one soap no other toilettes or toilet paper never staying here again. P.s BED BUGS
