By far the worst accommodation...

Liked: When I requested to add one more day due to a flight reschedule, the operator assisted me perfectly. The deposit and payment were immediately and efficiently charged to my credit card.(No choice but to drag my luggage to a new location just for my last night in Perth.)Speaking of the deposit — I totally forgot about it. Will it be refunded or not?
Disliked: 1. Customer service failure – Calls went unanswered. We were left waiting in the lobby for hours for the room to be cleaned. When the cleaner finally arrived, they couldn’t answer any questions and told us to contact the owner.2. Faulty toilet – The flush button was broken and unusable.3. Faulty bed – The bed was unstable, shaky, and imbalanced.4. Poor housekeeping – No daily cleaning or replenishment of toiletries, even when requested. We waited until noon as promised, but the cleaner never came, proving daily service was not provided.

Broken air conditioner, room stunk...

Disliked: They lied about on site parking. The receptionist was rude. I was waiting 20min at the front door to enter all because they wanted my credit card details before I entered
