Disliked: My room had bed bugs, when I brought it up with the property manager, I was dismissed and told there was no bugs in the property, my body was riddled with bites for weeks

Liked: Location was great, coffee and tea options were good too.
Disliked: I couldn't find my room to begin with as it had no number, there were clusters of bugs above my bed, the room stank of bleach when I walked in, and there was not free parking, it was street parking. That should be taken off on Booking.com as that was one of the reasons I booked. If I wanted light in my room I had to give up my privacy as the window was on the courtyard and the heating did not work.
