Great place, great stay

Liked: Staff member was very welcoming on arrival. Room was great and the hotel was very close to the old bridge and a quick walk into old town. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Liked: Convenient location, close to station and across the road from bus and tram stopFridge provided, thank youA good breakfast though sometimes it was very busy in the dining room, even just after 7amGood shower
Disliked: No kettle providedCold water from the tap had very low pressure, warm and hot water was fine

Was ok for one night

Liked: The room is clean, basic and a nice size. The shower is good but took a while to get hot. There is a fridge and aircon. Good position for the sights. Was on a main street but quiet overnight
Disliked: It's a bit dated for the price. the pillows are terrible despite asking for another. There were parking spaces available out front but wasn't offered one. Was told to use underground parking for 13Euros or free overnight til 9am ones. No tea and coffee in the room

Would come back!!

Liked: Breakfast was decent and was until 10am. Room was larger than expected and bathroom was a good size. Everything was clean and staff were amazing. The connected restaurant was amazing and extremely child friendly. Parking was next door.
Disliked: They need new pillows!
