Liked: Perfect location for where I needed to be. Parking facilities are great and easy to find/access. The staff are welcoming and nice to deal with and also give clear instructions. Happy to recommend local places to eat.
Disliked: Nothing, the property is exactly as advertised and I enjoyed my stay

Liked: The manager was lovely. Rang me within minutes of booking to clarify and confirm a request. The location was very suitable for us as we were attending the Dawn Service at The Shrine in the morning.
Disliked: The facilities are very dated. We had requested a quiet room, but it seems all family rooms were on the noisy side of the hotel. Single glazed windows very close to Kings Way meant there was a lot of noise spillage. The room had a noticeably musty and perhaps smokey smell about it. Everything worked and it was clean.If your sensitivity to price is greater than your sensitivity to noise or smell then you could do much worse.
