Great hotel stay

Liked: We enjoyed our stay, staff were very nice.facilities were very clean.the spa bath was perfect and the little patio was a nice touch to our stay.The kitchenette was well equipped also

Liked: Bed was lovely and comfortable.
Disliked: Carpet was old. Didn't like getting drinking water for jug from the bathroom. Was not comfortable leaving washing in the wash cupboard opening out to the carpark.

was nice place, but was...

Liked: the room was great.
Disliked: We did have issues with the city of sails ringing us a week before saying that one of our rooms is now unavailable. this was stressful and really unfair. especially as it was a really busy period. they did offer another place 20 minutes away. but this was not viable. eventually my sister talked to them, and they found a room for us.

Great friendly staff, everything we...

Liked: Clean, tidy and well presented Good size for our family Had quality appliances and and comfy beds Daily change of clean towelsClose to where we needed to be for a sporting event
Disliked: Unfortunately we had ants in the kitchen (appears maybe from the sugar sachets so we asked to have that removed) Some noisy neighbours but luckily that was only for the first night
