Facilities include a 24/7 reception and a communal lounge with a big-screen TV. Each room offers a refrigerator and TV. City Lodge is located in Auckland CBD (Central Business District) a 15-minute walk from Viaduct Harbour and Britomart Station. The friendly staff can arrange tours car hire and airport transfers. All rooms are serviced daily and include large windows a private en suite bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. A variety of WiFi data packages are available for an additional charge. Communal areas include a fully equipped shared kitchen full laundry facilities and luggage storage. The spacious communal lounge includes table tennis a book exchange and board games.

Liked: the location and price are good
Disliked: The lift was quite slow, and there was no bathroom available in the check-in area, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the $140 bond felt unnecessary and outdated—it added friction to the check-in process and slowed things down.

Way more pleasant than I...

Liked: Comfy bed, great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, good facilities like kitchen and carpark, value for money.
Disliked: Thin walls so neighbours noises travel thru.Blinds too short for the window so night lights are bothersome.Noisy fridge.
