Liked: The close location to the city centre.
Disliked: The room was too small and the blinds were difficult to use. The Receptionists were wonderful and helpful.

Disliked: The blinds didn’t close properly, so the brightness was annoying in the morning.

Liked: The room was clean and the shower had good hot water, staff were friendly
Disliked: The room was run down, the carpet was threadbare, the wardrobe was missing it's door and the blinds needed replacing and there was someone playing loud music at all hours.

Convenient accommodation in Auckland

Liked: Bus stops nearby, easy to travel anywhere + very nice local pub and off licence.
Disliked: The room was small and we struggled to keep it cool despite the overhead fan.Nice view of the skytower.

Liked: Good location. Close walking distance to shops and activities. Fan was very noisy.

Good inner city option with...

Liked: Very good location for where I needed to be the next day, clean room and bathroom, can't beat value for money. Good to have a small table to do some work in the evening. Friendly, efficient staff.
Disliked: Room was quite stuffy as no A/C (or did not work). This was a room on the ground floor so a lot of guests went past to catch the lift to the higher floors, and it was quite noisy at times during the night. Lots of outside noise as well, but due to inner city location understandable. Overall ok for short stay and value for money.

Disliked: Shower space a bit small. Should be advised of what is provided (face towel, toilet soap not provided).
