Our favourite hotel

Liked: Adi Poliziano is located in a good and safe area, not very far from the city centre. We made a mistake with our reservation, but the staff (especially Daniele) handled it quickly and without any issues. Great service!

Nice room, but bad breakfast...

Liked: Receptionist and the barkeeper were extremly friendly, the rooms were good and clean.
Disliked: Well the breakfast was not even average but the main issue is that we (like multiple tables of guests) waited 40 minutes for someone to come for drinks although I tried to ask 5 times friendly to get any form of drink just for the breakfast staff to be extremly unfriendly so I had to leave extremely annoyed. Conplaining at the reception didnt do much.

A nice hotel to stay...

Liked: Good location near a metro station and an underground parking of the hotel, a bit expensive, but is very convenient in Milan. The area is nice. Nice and friendly staff.
