Excellent value and wonderful staff

Liked: Loved the facilities and the super friendly and helpful staff. Beds are super comfy and easy to find.
Disliked: A little further out of the city centre but easily get a tram into the centre if you want to.

Liked: Hotel was clean, smelled good. We arrived earlie than the checki-n time and our room was ready and they even upgraded us, which was a pleasant surprise after a tough travel night, so we were grateful for the exceptional service we received.

Central location, clean hotel, good...

Liked: The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. We had booked a classic room, but we were upgraded to an executive room upon our arrival, which we truly appreciated. The executive room was spacious with space to place the luggage comfortably and enough wardrobe space for hanging our clothes. The hotel overall was very clean. Housekeeping was punctual and efficient. The breakfast is a modest sized buffet, with a variety of savoury and sweet options.Hotel's location is excellent. Close to a metro (2 mins walk) and within walking distance of the main attractions and a variety of restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
