Liked: Breakfast was really nice. Great location near the train station and an easy walk to everything in old town. Closet to store luggage until I needed to leave was very helpful.

Awesome location, best breakfast but...

Liked: Breakfast & location were awesome. Staff was polite and cheerful. Rooms, towels, and linen were clean.
Disliked: No air-conditioning in rooms. No proper fans. The carpet outside in the lobby was very dirty and smelly.

It’s something you can put...

Liked: The breakfast room is small, also not so much choices of food, but it’s okay. The staff is friendly and, helpful and always available. They speak English. The location is near the Prague main train station. If you can find it easily, it’s just really a walking distance, no need to take a taxi. Walking distance to the center of Prague 1 and near the local train station. Outside the hotel street looks safe, also the hotel‘s main door is always locked, it’s monitored who can enter, so it’s safe. You can also leave your luggage for free, even if you’re already checked out. We checked out at 10 AM and picked up our luggages at 4 PM without extra cost.
Disliked: No aircon but they provided electric fan which is noisy. But it’s noisy too when you keep the windows open. So you can have your choice, noise of the fan or outside’s noise. But the east side view has the view of the mountains and the castle, and the railway station.

Disliked: My confidence in your site has been shaken because of this hotel or what you think is a hotel it is in fact more like a prison and I think it is a trap to discount the first night only... The description is not enough you should have honest eyes to inspect these places as there are no facilities there even the toilet seat is broken which hurts those who use it and there is no air conditioning and the only split that I saw in a room on the roof was worn out and useless.. It was a shocking experience for me.
