Closed without notice - still...

Disliked: Arrived on the day of my reservation, and was informed by a staff member that the hostel was closed for repairs/maintenance. There was no communication from the hostel of any kind, not even a sign on the door, and still no response to my email. Luckily, a nearby hostel was able to house three of us on short notice on a Saturday evening... If not for that, my party would have been a right spot for our New Orleans vacation.
