Decent hotel in good location

Liked: Central location, friendly staff and would stay again
Disliked: Couldn’t turn the radiator off, got very hot and also had to leave the key with reception when we wanted to all leave

Liked: We were generally satisfied when we visited your hotel. However, I would like to share something that bothered us. The female receptionist at the reception on the day we checked out was extremely rude to us. And she continued this attitude from the first day we entered the hotel. We find rudeness unacceptable as a hotelier. And people who scold hotel guests and behave disrespectfully beyond their limits should not work in the service sector. For this reason alone, we do not plan to visit your hotel again and not recommend it to our friends.

Disliked: - Steep stairs- It’s fairly bare not a lot to the rooms- Noise from outside
