Good level of comfort along...

Liked: Good level of comfort and room quite large, hotel trying to reduce it's carbon footprint so guest asked to participate. Good continental breakfast, handy location only a few minutes from the motorway
Disliked: Reception closes early , we were informed of this prior to arrival but staff contactable by phone or email. What was slightly confusing was being sent pin number that isn't required, to obtain key from keyboy only the last 4 numbers of reservation number required, had to trawl through previous emails to find these instructions

Liked: Large comfortable rooms, wi-fi, big parking. The staff is very kind and helpful. We traveled with our dog and we were impressed the cute way he was Welcomed- dog cookies, water, hot blanket and welcome letter

Liked: The staff was very kind and the room was nice warm
Disliked: The breakfast was poor and very little, it was cold in the dining room.Every time I wanted to join the wifi I had to enter the user I’d and the password.
