Don’t think we’ll stay here...

Liked: It was in a good spot, lovely view from room.
Disliked: It was undergoing some refurbishments, would’ve been nice to know that before I booked,, the jacuzzi was out of order, would’ve been nice to know before i went to the bother of getting undressed and into my bathing suit, phone in the room wasn’t working so had to go back down to reception when we needed more teabags and such, and still wasn’t given enough, don’t think we’ll stay again and wouldn’t recommend it to people

Watch for car park scam

Disliked: Priced too highly given the renovations.Car park scam as others have called out. Validation didn't work and we had no time to "seek out" car park staff as advised.Breakfast not great for price and awful coffee

Lovely location.and hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel and fab staff

Staff were excellent but wouldn’t...

Liked: Great location and staff were very friendly.Food at breakfast was good and with a good choice.We had food at the bar on 1st night which was ok.
Disliked: Understand there were renovations ongoing and hotel mitigated this as best as possible.Having to pay £14 per day for parking was a bitter pill to swallow tbh.

Liked: Friendly staff, cannot be faulted. Good food also.
Disliked: Place is getting done up so you have to enter through the basement/carpark, hot tub not working, place is a bit upside down and dated but hopefully be good once it's done up.
