Friendly hotel, great location and...

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful especially the man on the front desk who gave us do many great places to visit.
Disliked: All good - it is having refurb work at the moment but they were working around that well. So minimal disruption to guests.

Liked: Great location - clean and comfortable
Disliked: Too expensive - locals using the bar - vaping was allowed in the bar !! Staff weren’t bothered by the vaping. Not being able to use the main entrance due to refurb works, I don’t like lifts so had to use the rear stairs which were not nice.

Liked: Swimming pool for kids was good ..breakfast was lovely stuff friendly very helpful
Disliked: The room was old its was frezzin cold told stuff then did come up turn on radiator by hand it took hours to heat up was heater in room that they turn on but the noise of it kids couldn't hear tv r are self talk to noises for kids for money i payed was disappointing as stayed here befor in new part was amazing...
