Great location and welcoming staff!

Liked: The staff was excellent. They were helpful, kind and honest. When I called to inquire abt dogfriendliness the receptionist told us that the rooms are v hot and no A/C. I think it was so nice to be met with honesty, in Care of our dog and us.
Disliked: Nothing, really. Maybe the lack of A/C in dogfriendly rooms is a minus, but the super hot days are quite rare in Örebro.

Disliked: We were three people we had 2 beds and a mattress on the floor. I think that mattress had bedbugs because my son was biten all over his body
